Is it even a cocktail party if there are no cocktails?

The Bartenders team spread their cocktail love by offering interactive cocktail masterclasses to small intimate groups. This gives all guests the opportunity to mix and sample a few of their own cocktails whilst being directed by the professionals. Our masterclasses are a unique experience which will always be remembered, taking home a practical skillset that will make you the life of your next party.

Our aim is to improve the community's perception on cocktails, and to teach the skills required to making delecious, well balance and beautifully presented cocktails.

Below is some cocktail inspiration from our menu.

Passionata

The Passionata is The Bartenders signature cocktail. It is a sure crowd pleaser, using the Coastal Dry Gin from Seabourne Distillery, Elderflower and fresh Passionfruit & Lime.

Riverside

The Riverside is our riff of a southside, with a very garden feel. Using Hendricks Gin, Elderflower, Cucumber, Mint and Lime, this cocktail ticks all the boxes.

Rose Petal Martini

Usually the favourite at a ladies night or for those with a sweeter tooth. The Rose Petal Martini is a balanced blend of Sunshine & Son's Vodka, Lychee, Rose Petals & Citrus.

Noosa Sunset

As the name suggests, this is the perfect sipping cocktail to have at Sunset. This delicious cocktail uses the Coastal Dry Gin from Seabourne Distillery, along with their bitter aperitif, fresh orange juice & thyme.

Blood Sour

The perfectly balanced sour cocktail. Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin, fresh blood orange juice from Today's Fruit Juice and a good twist of lemon.

Noosa Negroni

A twist of the classic, world famous italian aperitif. Using Fortune Distillery's Noosa Gin, Campari, Dolin Rogue Vermouth & Orange Bitters, this is sure to be a success for any of our negroni lovers.

Macadamia Espresso Martini

It wouldn't be a cocktail list without an espresso martini. We have based this espresso martini recipe around one of our favourite liqueurs, Brookies Macadamia & Wattleseed Liqueur. We also use a vanilla infused vodka & local Noosa Black Cold Brew Coffee.
