Prices: All prices quoted are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change.

Deposits and Payments: Payment is required prior to each event unless authorised in advance. Our bank account details are located on each invoice for payment by direct transfer. All quotes are subject to availability at the time of booking and a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the event date. No event is considered confirmed until the deposit has been received. The balance will be invoiced upon confirmation and full payment of the function is required one week prior to the event date unless other arrangements have been made previously. Any additional charges incurred during or after the event will be invoiced following the event. All post-event invoices are payable within seven (7) days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Overdue Accounts and Debt Recovery: Any invoice not paid by the due date may be subject to collection action. The Bartenders reserves the right to engage an external debt recovery agency, solicitor, or other recovery service to recover any outstanding amounts. The Client agrees to pay all reasonable costs actually incurred by The Bartenders in recovering overdue amounts, including debt recovery agency fees, legal costs, court costs, collection commissions, and associated administrative expenses. Any such costs may be added to the outstanding balance and will be payable by the Client.

Confirmation of Details: Menus, final numbers, equipment requirements and staff for functions are to be confirmed 14 days prior to the event. If the final numbers decrease after confirmation has been made, you will be charged at your confirmed numbers.

Cancellations: All bookings require a 25% non-refundable deposit. This deposit secures the event and will be forfeited if there is a cancellation. Staffed events that are cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the event for any reason, including weather or any other circumstances, will incur a fee of 100% of the final invoice.

Quality Control: Images on our website and marketing material are styled for presentation purposes and may not be indicative of the presence of particular items ordered by the Client. Menus are subject to change according to seasonal and supplier availability. We do endeavour to alert clients to any changes; however, this is not always possible and, in some instances, some products may be substituted for similar quality ingredients.

Responsible Service of Alcohol: In accordance with the Liquor Licensing Act, The Bartenders staff reserves the right to refuse service of alcohol to guests under the age of 18 and guests who are unduly intoxicated.
